Dark Chocolate Liquorice Bows

As winter sets in, get cosy with crunchy Caramelised Coconut Buttons from the Sandpiper range. We caramelise the coconut at the Creative Centre in Melbourne, which creates an incredible smell as it permeates throughout the kitchen.
A batch of caramelised coconut buttons takes our chocolatiers an average of two days to complete. Desiccated coconut is added to boiling sugar syrup to create a rich, golden brown caramel. Equal parts of untempered and tempered milk chocolate are then combined with the caramelised coconut. Small chocolate discs are formed and enrobed in milk chocolate to give a shiny, smooth finish.
Other winter favourites are Roasted Macadamia Nuts and Liquorice Bows available in milk or dark chocolate, available to purchase in your nearest salon or online.
