In-store safety measures
As a small Australian business, we’re continually monitoring and following the advice of the Australia Government Department of Health and the World Health Organisation. Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our Koko family - our staff and you, our valued customers.
So, here’s what we’re doing:
As a premium food business, hygiene and high quality are always our top priority; however, we’ve implemented additional initiatives to ensure the ongoing safety of our staff and customers by:
- Increasing the cleaning of our stores, manufacturing facility and Creative Centre.
- Ensuring all our stores are equipped with additional hand sanitisers available for both customers and team members.
- Limiting the number of customers in our stores at any one time, and ensuring social distancing measures are adhered to.
- Temporarily removing loose samples from all stores and encouraging cashless payment of all transactions to prevent the possibility of cross-contamination.
Finally, we’re constantly checking in on our Koko family, whether they’re in store, handcrafting our product or buying them online. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our Koko family safe during these times. A little kindness goes a long way (especially if there are pralines involved!).
