This chocolate was created in collaboration with Ben Shewry, executive chef and owner of Attica – one of the country’s most acclaimed restaurants.

Spotted gum honey cream, lemon curd and mandarin ganache, and chocolate crisp in 54% dark chocolate. Discover new and unexpected flavours, drawn straight from Attica’s kitchen, sure to delight. 

Handcrafted with 100% natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, supporting 100% sustainably sourced cocoa.
