Festive Platter

Ingredients

Koko Black products:

  • Dark Australian Macadamias
  • Magic Pudding Bites 
  • Christmas Brittle 
  • Strawberry and Cream Inbetween 
  • Belgian Truffles
  • Oh Christmas Trees 
  • Bon Bon of Stars  
  • Candy Cane Marbles 


Other:

  • Mini meringues 
  • Fresh strawberries 
  • Raw macadamia nuts


Method

  1. To assemble, start by arranging the small bowls on the platter, leaving a space in the middle of the platter free for the Candy Cane Marbles to go in later. Fill the bowls with the Dark Australian Macadamias and the Magic Pudding Bites. 
  2. Stack the Christmas Brittle and and Strawberry and Cream Inbetweens in small piles around the patter. 
  3. Place a few piles of strawberries in groups of three or four around the platter, followed by the mini meringues, similarly arranged in small piles. 
  4. Add the Belgian Truffles in their paper cups in small groups where there are larger spaces left. Fill in the leftover gaps with Oh Christmas Trees. 
  5. Finish by filling the centre of the platter with the Candy Cane Marbles and any remaining gaps with raw macadamia nuts. Finally, remove the chocolate Stars from the bon bon and dot around the platter. 
  6. Place any greenery or flowers around the platter on the table just before serving.
