Entry Procedure

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Scan the official QR code located at Westfield Sydney; and

2. Complete the entry form with valid contact details.

Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on 20 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 12 February 2026.

No entries will be accepted outside this time.

Entry Restrictions

To be eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:

1. be 18 years or over;

2. reside in an Australian State/Territory;

3. correctly follow the Entry Procedure;

4. accept these Terms & Conditions.

Maximum Number of Entries

One (1) entry per person.

Prize Details

There will be one (1) winner who will receive the entire Lunar New Year 2026 Collection, including:

• 1 × 54% Dark Macadamias (RRP $24.90)

Draw Date: 13 February 2026.

Notification of Winner(s)

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the Draw Date. Koko Black is not required to make any other attempt to notify the Winner(s).

Publication Details

Winner’s name will be published on the Koko Black website within 24 hours of the Draw Date.

Prize Claim Date

Prizes must be claimed by 14 July 2026.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements

If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Prize is forfeited and a further draw shall take place.

Notification and Publication Date: Redraw winner will be notified around 9:00AM (AEDT) on 15 June 2026 via email only. Koko Black is not required to make any other attempt to notify the winner. If the Prize remains unclaimed after this further draw, Koko Black reserves the right to withdraw the Prize or redraw the Prize as it sees fit, subject to applicable laws.

Additional Terms – Prizes

1. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only
3. Directors, management, employees, contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure. Ineligible or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
4. The Promoter’s decision in connection with the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an entry will be permitted.
6. The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to take the prize as stated.
7. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation provided if the winner is unable to utilise any element of the Prize.
8. If any element of the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value.
9. The Promoter will endeavour to notify the winner by email using the details provided at entry.
10. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at kokoblack.com/pages/privacy-policy.
11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any statutory consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
