Entry Procedure 
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:   
  1. Sign up to be a Koko Black subscriber (if not already) 
  1. Place an online order for eligible products valued at over $75 during the Promotion Period 
  1. Agree to enter this competition by agreeing to these competition terms and conditions at the time of placing your order 
Promotion Period 
The Promotion opens at 12:01am (AEDT) on 23 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 29 March 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time. 
Entry Restrictions 
To be eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period: 
  1. be a Koko Black subscriber; 
  1. be 18 years or over; 
  1. reside in an Australian State/Territory; 
  1. correctly follow the Entry Procedure; 
  1. accept these Terms & Conditions. 
 
Ineligible products exclude Gift Vouchers, Alcohol Products, Candles, iL Migliore or Friends of Koko, Lounge & Beverage items. 
Transactions using Afterpay are excluded from the Promotion. 
Maximum Number of Entries 
Entrants may enter multiple times so long as each entry is a unique transaction.  
Daily Prize Draws 
  1. There will be 1 draw conducted each day during the Promotional Period.  
  1. Entry into each Daily Prize Draw will open at 12:00 am and close 11:59 pm (AEDT/AEST) on the Redemption Date, with the first Day commencing on 23 March 2024.  
  1. Refer to the table below for calendar dates for each Day.  
  1. The draw for each Daily Prize will be conducted on the Draw Date specified in the table below. All Daily Prize Draws will be by random draw and take place at 111 – 117 Bamfield Road, Heidelberg West, VIC 3081, Australia. 
  1. Entries in each Day Prize Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Day Prize Draws.

Prize Details 
 
There will be 7 winners (1 winner daily) who will receive a full refund of their winning order value up to a maximum of $700. 
 
Total Prize Pool 
Total prize value up to a maximum value of $4,900. 
Notification of Winner(s) 
The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the Draw Date. Koko Black is not required to make any other attempt to notify the Winner(s).  
Publication Details 
Winner’s name will be published on the Koko Black website within 24 hours of the Draw Date. 
Prize Claim Date 
All Prizes must be claimed by 29 June 2026. 
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements 
If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, a further draw will take place 1 day following the Prize Claim Date.

Notification and Publication Date: Redraw winner will be notified email only. Koko Black is not required to make any other attempt to notify the winner. If the Prize remains unclaimed after this further draw, Koko Black reserves the right to withdraw the Prize or redraw the Prize as it sees fit, subject to applicable laws. 
Additional Terms – Prizes 
Prize delivery: The Promoter will arrange for a refund of the winning order through the Shopify portal to be refunded back to the original payment method of purchase.
