Entry Procedure 

To enter, eligible customers must, during the Promotion Period:  

1. Visit a participating Koko Black store, excluding Sydney Airport and David Jones Sydney;  

2. Make a purchase of $30 or more in a single transaction, excluding any excluded items or transactions specified by the Promoter including lounge items; and 

 3. Be one of the first 30 eligible customers at that participating store while prize cards remain available. Eligible customers will be invited by a Koko Black team member to blindly select one prize card from a bag. The prize card selected will determine the customer’s prize. The customer must immediately show and surrender the prize card to a Koko Black team member and redeem the prize in the same participating store at the time the prize card is selected. 

Promotion Period 

The Promotion is available on Tuesday, 7 July 2026 only, from each participating store’s opening time until the earlier of:  

1. the first 30 eligible customers at that participating store having received a prize card; 

 2. all allocated prize cards at that participating store being exhausted; or  

3. that participating store’s closing time on Tuesday, 7 July 2026. 

Entry Restrictions 

To be eligible, entrants must:  

1. reside in an Australian State or Territory;  

2. make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period;  

3. be one of the first 30 eligible customers at a participating store while prize cards remain available;  

4. correctly follow the Entry Procedure; and 5. accept these Terms & Conditions. Employees, contractors and agencies of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. Online purchases, Sydney Airport purchases and David Jones Sydney purchases are excluded. 

Maximum Number of Entries 

Limited to one entry and one prize card per customer. Multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the $30 minimum spend. 

Draw Details 

Not applicable. This is an instant-win promotion. Winners are determined by the prize card blindly selected by each eligible customer while prize cards remain available. 

Prize Details 

Each participating store will have 30 prize cards available. The prize pool per participating store is:

Total Prize Pool

Prize Restrictions 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise required by law. Prize cards must be surrendered immediately and cannot be retained, transferred, replaced if lost, or redeemed at a later time. Prizes are available only while allocated prize cards remain at each participating store. If a listed prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws. 

Notification of Winner(s) 

Winners are notified instantly in store at the time they select their prize card.

Prize Claim Date 

Prizes must be claimed immediately in store on Tuesday, 7 July 2026, at the time the prize card is selected. 

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements 

If a customer does not immediately show, surrender and redeem the prize card in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the prize will be forfeited. No redraw, replacement prize or substitute will be provided, except where required by law. Any prizes unclaimed at the end of trade on 7 July 2026 will be condiered voird 

Additional Terms – Prizes 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with after it has been awarded.
