Not too heavy or light, this hand-piped rosette hits a beguiling balance between sweetness and substance. The main event is a delicately whipped caramel ganache – rich with cream, fluffed with air – set overnight and then enrobed in a bath of molten milk chocolate and topped with a subtle dab of dark.

Handcrafted with 100% natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, supporting 100% sustainably sourced cocoa.

A crust of milk chocolate tumbles into a cloud of golden chocolate mousse that gradually asserts its caramel flavour as it dissolves on the tongue.

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla),Thickened Cream (Cream, Halal Gelatine), Sugar, Glucose, Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla).

Our handcrafted chocolates will remain fresh and best retain their delicate flavours and textures if they are kept at a temperature of less than 22 degrees, in a dry atmosphere away from light and strong aromas.
