Salt and sugar, solid and liquid, this truffle is a triumphant explosion of opposites. Hiding inside a delicate 54% dark chocolate shell, the caramelised filling  combines the finest of local ingredients: Victorian cream, Bundaberg sugar, and mineral-rich Tasmanian sea salt.

Handcrafted with 100% natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, supporting 100% sustainably sourced cocoa.

A crisp exterior, dusted with Dutch cocoa and milk powder, gives way to a gush of bright, glassy caramel: rich with butter and briny with salt.

Ingredients: Thickened Cream (Cream, Halal Gelatine), Skim Milk Powder, Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Truffle Shells Dark (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Glucose, Unsalted Butter, Sea Salt, Vanilla Bean.

Our handcrafted chocolates will remain fresh and best retain their delicate flavours and textures if they are kept at a temperature of less than 22 degrees, in a dry atmosphere away from light and strong aromas.
