Created for the wedding of two early members of the Koko Black production team, the passion praline is a joyful marriage of colours, textures and flavours. Pairing light with dark, and fruitiness with creaminess, the fresh passionfruit white chocolate ganache and vanilla-laced milk chocolate ganache say an emphatic ‘I do.’

Handcrafted with 100% natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, supporting 100% sustainably sourced cocoa.

Marbled with a veil of gold, the thin dark chocolate exterior shatters against ganache: intensely fruity molten passionfruit, poised on a bed of creamy milk chocolate.

Our handcrafted chocolates will remain fresh and best retain their delicate flavours and textures if they are kept at a temperature of less than 22 degrees, in a dry atmosphere away from light and strong aromas.
