Making the perfect salted caramel is an exercise in precision. First, we caramelise Bundaberg sugar till it caramelises perfectly, stir through cream and cocoa butter, then add just the right amount of heat to ensure a chewy but yielding texture. Tasmanian sea salt adds dimension, and 54% dark chocolate adds bittersweet depth.

Handcrafted with 100% natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, supporting 100% sustainably sourced cocoa.

Shimmering sea salt flakes and dark chocolate explode with assertive flavour, releasing a chewy, substantial caramel to melt juicily on the tongue.

Our handcrafted chocolates will remain fresh and best retain their delicate flavours and textures if they are kept at a temperature of less than 22 degrees, in a dry atmosphere away from light and strong aromas.
